A Micromotor Handpiece is a high-speed rotary power tool. ALWAYS wear proper eye and face protection. ONLY use accessories rated for 50,000 rpm or higher.

• Observe maximum speed ratings for all accessories.
• Do not use damaged, vibrating, or bent accessories.
• Insert the shank as far as possible into the collet for support.
• Do not use excessive side pressure to avoid breaking the shank.
• Use a dust collector (vacuum system) and wear a mask during operation.
• NEVER turn on the Handpiece while the chuck is in the open position.
• Do not operate in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.

Changing Accessories:

1. Turn off the motor and power switch.
2. Twist the Chuck Handle to the "R" direction (clockwise) until it clicks.
3. Replace the accessory, inserting the shank fully.
4. Twist the handle to the "S" position (counter-clockwise) to lock.

Collet Installation:

Use the provided Chuck Wrench to unscrew the collet counter-clockwise. When installing a new collet, tighten it clockwise but avoid over-tightening. Ensure the spindle rotates freely in the locked position.

1. Check power supply (110V/220V) compatibility before starting.

2. If the display window flashes, turn off the power and troubleshoot components.

3. Always turn off the main switch when the device is not in use.
