Exhaust Gas Treatment System Gallery
Working Principle
Under the action of the fan, exhaust gas enters the adsorption tower unit. After cooling, filtering dust, and oil mist, it passes through high-performance adsorbent solids. Organic waste gas molecules are attracted and attached to the adsorbent surface. The cleaned gas then passes through the chamber and is discharged through the outlet.
Exhaust System Suction Options
The exhaust system collects waste gas from plating tanks. Choose from three configuration options:
Option 1: Tank Suction
- Advantage: Simple technology, low material usage, and most cost-effective. Suitable for long tanks (over 1.4m).
- Disadvantage: Smaller absorption area.
Option 2: Side Suction
- Advantage: Standardized dimensions, medium pricing, and largest absorption area.
- Disadvantage: Absorption areas are untargeted.
Option 3: Top Suction
- Advantage: Highly targeted absorption area for maximum efficiency.
- Disadvantage: Complex manufacturing process and higher price point.
Tower Structure & Materials
Constructed with circular tower bodies connected by flanges. Includes liquid storage tank, inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, swirling defogging layer, and outlet cone.
