Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course, but you may need to pay a sample charge which will be returned after any order is signed.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: The stock sample is 1-3 days, making the sample 7-15 workdays after receiving your sample charge. Depending on your order quantity, the production lead time is about 7-30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: We can accept TT and Paypal.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS for sample. By air/sea/train for batch goods, Airport/port /station receiving. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
Q6: What certificates do your products have?
A: Most of our products have CE, RoHS, FCC, etc. Don't worry about the quality!
